Original Receipt
The original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges. If returning or exchanging an item in a Nurail store, a valid photo ID is also required.
Return Period
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items sent back over 30 days will be given store credit only. Returns or exchanges are not allowed past 90 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Nurail reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
Returns In Store
Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning your items directly to Nurail. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories. You are required to bring both your receipt or packing slip and a valid government-issued photo ID.
Returns By Mail
You can also return online purchases through the mail. To return your online purchase by mail:
For proof of delivery, we require that you return items via UPS, FedEx or a traceable USPS service. Nurail is not responsible for items lost in shipping.
Refund Method
For online purchases:
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card, PayPal account or Google Checkout account. Any amounts deducted from a gift card or will be credited to the gift card used.
For in-store purchases:
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. However, when the item was paid with cash or debit in an amount greater than $500 or in a check in an amount greater than $250, the refund will be in the form of a check mailed within 10 business days of the return. Any amounts deducted from a gift card will be credited to the gift card used.

Promotional Items
When returning an item with a free tag-along item promotion, you must also return the tag-along item. If you don't, the refund amount will be reduced to reflect the value of the tag-along item.
Cancellation/Handling Fee
At the discretion of Nurail, and handling fee of up to 25% may be charged for items that are returned or exchanged, unless the error was caused by Nurail.
In the rare case that a special order item is accepted for return, there may be an additional handling fee by Nurail’s vendor – which will be passed on and deducted from your credit.
